Dear Steve.

Now that the dust has settled, both literally and figuratively, I want to say how pleased we are with you and your team.

When we contacted you via the Internet, Panjia was an unknown quantity. Your personable approach, and your willingness to work to be sure we got what we wanted was evident from our first meeting. That “it’s your home” attitude continued throughout the entire project. We had three bids for our job. To be fair, one was very competitive to your price, but we bypassed the salesperson with that company. However, beyond the price, your prompt response to all our questions and inquires, even before signing the contract, is what really sold us on Panjia.

From the day the job began, your crew was hard-working and efficient. They cleaned up every evening and made sure all work areas were as safe as they could be considering the amount of demolition required. Six days after the first saw cut on our patio, we have an entirely new backyard. Oh, my. What a change! On the last night, as the crew was loading their truck for the last time, my wife remarked, "It looks like we picked the right company. I'm sure we added much more value to our home than what we paid." I have no doubt of that! Plus your workers are nice people. Please feel free to use this letter in any way that enhances your business.
