What the homeowner wanted
The homeowner purchased this house on a large property in Escondido with several acres. The house was large and remodeled, however, there was very little landscape or functional spaces around the house. The owner wanted to have entertainment areas, a small soccer practice field for his kids and leveled seating areas that perch above the view over the escondido valley.
What we built
Panjia designed a complete landscape renovation to include multi-level patios and seating areas including a composite deck, Santa Barbara stucco finished retaining walls and BBQ island, top cast finished concrete, synthetic turf lawn and a 6,000 square foot synthetic turf soccer practice field.

Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
