What the homeowner wanted
The homeowners were tired of having large water bills month after month and having a lawn that never looked good and brought down the appeal of their luxury estate backyard. They wanted something low maintenance that looked great all year and was a clean and safe area for kids and grandkids to play.
What we built
Panjia Outdoors removed the existing natural grass and installed over 2,000 square feet of a premium US made Torrey Pines 90oz synthetic turf by IntegriTurf. This upgraded the look and value of the house while lowering the owners ongoing water bills and provided the kids a clean, safe and always ready area to play.

How Panjia Builds

Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when Poway needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
