What the homeowner wanted
Beautiful home on Mt. Soledad in La Jolla with amazing views overlooking the pacific ocean. The existing back and front yards had dated landscaping and pool and lacking curb appeal. The owners wanted to update the yard to modernize and create more entertaining and enjoyment space. The customer wanted a putting green, outdoor kitchen, low maintenance and ambient lighting
What we built
Panjia designed and built-out an all new hardscape and landscape plan that included: 2000 square feet of porcelain pavers with over-sized poured top cast finish concrete floating stepping pads, artificial grass and synthetic putting green, outdoor living areas with a new BBQ with an aluminum patio cover, natural gas fire pit. The front yard included the removal of the existing stamped concrete driveway and walkway, and overgrown landscaping and bird of paradise. Installation of a new modern Orco paver driveway and walkways. New planting, synthetic turf and all new Hoku lighting landscape lights.

How Panjia Builds
Panjia runs every build in La Jolla through four stages. The same in-house team you meet at the site visit handles each one, so the standard of work stays consistent from sketch to final walkthrough.
Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when La Jolla needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
