How Panjia Builds
Panjia runs every build in San Diego through four stages. The same in-house team you meet at the site visit handles each one, so the standard of work stays consistent from sketch to final walkthrough.
Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when San Diego needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
