Rancho Bernardo Full Landscape is a Panjia Outdoors build in Rancho Bernardo, completed in 2025. 10,000 square feet of concrete, handled by our in-house team from estimate through final walkthrough.
What the homeowner wanted
This property is on several acres in The Trails (Rancho Bernardo) and had limited access around the property and under utilized living spaces. The need was to create additional access around the the property by cutting back slopes and building retaining walls and terraces. The landscape needed updating and and the large driveway needed to be replaced and enlarged to provide a more efficient entry, additional parking and added curb appeal.
What we built
This project took about 5 months to complete and entailed custom retaining walls with reclaimed natural stone boulders repurposed from the property, lush Spanish-style landscaping, Hoku Lighting landscape lights and an 8,000 square foot concrete driveway and new patios & concrete stairs.

How Panjia Builds

Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when Rancho Bernardo needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
