What the homeowner wanted
This estate in Rancho Santa Fe had an expansive lot with dated landscaping and grass that was requiring a large amount of water and providing little function. The goal was to reduce water usage, provide more form and function around the entire property and update curb appeal.
What we built
Panjia installed over 30,000 square feet of Integriturf artificial grass around the property in front and backyards, around the pool deck and throughout the landscape. We created rolling pitches to provide a more natural lawn appearance and installed Integriturf 'El Dorado 65' - one of the most natural looking products available.
