What the homeowner wanted
A new section of retail and dining was being added on the UTC shopping mall in La Jolla, CA. Synthetic turf was used to help add some greenery and softscape to the large area of pavers.
What we built
Panjia installed Integriturf artificial grass outside of Board and Brew. Installing the synthetic turf softened the large courtyard of pavers and hardscape and provided some "green space" for people and pets to enjoy.

Site Visit
We walk your property, talk through what you want, and document the existing site. We bring product samples so you can feel the difference before deciding.
Design & Quote
Drawings, materials selection, and an itemized estimate. We pull permits where required and submit HOA documentation when La Jolla needs it.
Build
Excavation, base prep, hardscape, planting, and finish work. Our in-house team manages the build directly. We bring specialty trades in only when a project calls for it, and we stay the single point of contact.
Walkthrough
Final inspection together. We point out the care details, hand over the warranty paperwork, and stay reachable for anything that comes up after the install.
